CERN, together with eight network partners, is currently in the final stages of negotiating a new Marie Curie training project, MC-PAD, with the European Commission.
The network provides excellent training opportunities to young researchers in the field of radiation detectors for the next generation of particle physics experiments and other applications. We are targeting mainly physicists (and electronics) engineers.
In total 22 positions are available: 17 Early Stage Researchers (possibility to do a PhD) and 5 Experienced Researchers (should already have a PhD). The application deadline for the first set of jobs is 31 August 2008.
